Private education is within your reach.

Good news—you can afford North Central University! We offer a variety of scholarships, grants, loans, and discounts to make this transformative Christian education accessible to everyone.

  • 100% of NCU students receive financial aid in the form of scholarships, grants, or loans
  • North Central costs 37% less than the average private university
  • The average financial aid package for incoming students last year was $13,000
  • The Net Price Calculator provides an estimate of your financial aid package

North Central rewards high-achieving students with generous scholarships that can reduce tuition by several thousands of dollars each year.  We even offer scholarships specifically designated for transfer students, musicians, mathematicians, and more. Many scholarships are awarded automatically based on admissions information, but some require separate applications.

Grants are need-based awards that don’t have to be repaid. All you have to do is complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and you’ll be automatically considered for both private NCU grants as well as state and federal grants.

Student Loans

Federal student loans provide a guaranteed, low-interest solution for covering the cost of college. By completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), you’ll automatically be considered for federal student loans. If you don’t qualify for federal loans, we can provide you with a list of approved private lenders with a proven commitment to North Central students.

Student Employment

A lot of NCU students work on-campus jobs to earn extra money for school and to help cover life expenses. Fun and fulfilling on-campus jobs are available all across campus, from the admissions office to student life and the library.

Graduate Student Discounts and Scholarships

Graduate students may be eligible for tuition reimbursement from their employer, unsubsidized loans from the government, or discounts and scholarships.
